In other words, motivation is an inner feeling that determines whether to continue or cease an activity. On this point we can categories the motivation in two types. The first one is named intrinsic motivation that comes from inside oneself. The actions that persons make are their have reward. People are motivated because he truly enjoys the work he is exercising, so they will working better.

The second character of motivation is named extrinsic. For those who are extraneously motivated, its advantages are external factors. These people do their job to bring in a reward or keep off punishment.

Our society have a strong accentuation and force to find advantages and poor performance. That gets in really hard to be intrinsically motivated. If we ask the workers what kind can make them motivated ? Unitary potential answer is the financial reward. Citizen do work because they want food, dressing, home support and insure the benefit of their families. In past time, the strategy of companies to get people to work hard was to offer bigger fiscal reward.

Merely today, the systems bid fewer chances for raises and advancements. And workers with the other hand, react to different motivational instruments. We could therefore tell that the payment is no more the only motivation for citizen to do work.
