IAMBIC UNVEILS AGENDUS 9, THE NEXT GENERATION OF ITS AWARD-WINNING PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCEMENT SOFTWARE FOR PALM OS® DEVICES  Monday, December 6 2004

iambic, Inc., a leading provider of productivity enhancement software for handheld computers (PDAs and smartphones), today announced the release of Agendus 9, a powerful new version of its award-winning, fully-integrated, personal information manager for Palm OS devices. Agendus 9 delivers a higher level of functionality and offers a richer, more insightful experience for palmOne Treo users.
Agendus 9 also features the most robust To Do management system available in a handheld. To Do’s can be organized hierarchically, which allows users to create sub tasks for any action item. Additionally, for the first time on a Palm OS device, Agendus 9 includes an “Importance/Urgency” matrix to help the user set priorities.
Acknowledging that many Palm OS devices have the ability to connect wirelessly, Agendus 9 also introduces a special over the air feature that enables users to easily access weather information for any contact’s geographical location in their address book.
“We’ve done some very exciting things with this release, especially in the areas of productivity enhancement where managing To Do’s may have been cumbersome in the past,” said Vidal Graupera, CEO and founder of iambic, Inc. “This is, by far, the most exciting release of Agendus yet, and it very much maps to our overall plan of helping users unleash the power of their handheld devices.”

Other Agendus 9 Features:
• Call handling features automatically pop up during incoming calls, enabling the user to easily schedule meetings, send emails, create To Dos, etc. Additionally, calls are logged into Agendus’ contact history tracker.
• A special meeting mode converts a user’s phone to “silent mode” when a scheduled meeting begins, and automatically returns the phone back to its normal ring-tone when the meeting is scheduled to end.
• Photo picker feature enables control of the Treo camera hardware directly from within the Agendus software. As a result, users will be able to shoot pictures and associate them with contacts, meetings, memos or To Do’s on the fly.
• “Free time” finder automatically searches for available blocks of time to help facilitate meeting scheduling.
• Five applications in one functionality that now includes a fully-integrated memo pad.

“This newest release of Agendus is very impressive and certainly the killer app that Treo users need to take full advantage of their phone,” said John Waller, president of the Silicon Valley Palm Users Group. “Plus, for users of the Tungsten and Zire devices ¬-- or even those thinking of putting a PDA on their holiday wish list -- Agendus 9’s ease of use and powerful, yet functional, features will immensely improve their productivity.”
Agendus 9 Professional can be downloaded and purchased from www.iambic.com for $39.95.
