Handango Makes Deloitte Technology Fast 500  Wednesday, October 19 2005

HURST, Texas - October 19, 2005 - Handango, the leading provider of mobile downloads, today announced that it ranked number 254 on the 2005 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology companies in North America. Rankings are based on percentage revenue growth over five years, from 2000-2004.

"Handango's success is a result of the vision and leadership of the Handango team and our ability to deliver a solid, robust mobile solution to more than 100 industry leaders worldwide," said Randy Eisenman, chief executive officer and president of Handango. "As the leading marketplace for digital media, we provide millions of customers with the content needed to communicate with friends and family, increase productivity away from work and simply have fun in our spare time."

"Attracting enough customers to attain such fast growth over five years makes a strong statement about the quality of a company's product and its leadership," said Tony Kern, deputy national managing principal of Deloitte's Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry practice. "Handango has shown the right stuff for growth."

In addition to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, Handango has been ranked 20th on the Texas Crescent Technology Fast 50, named the 24th best company to work for in America by SHRM and the Great Place to Work® Institute, and recognized as the 12th fastest-growing company by the Titan Fast 50.

The Fast 500 list is compiled from Deloitte's 15 regional North American Fast 50 lists. To qualify for the Fast 500, entrants must have had 2000 operating revenues of at least 50,000 USD or 75,000 CAD for the United States and Canada, respectively, and 2004 operating revenues of at least 1 million USD or CAD. Entrants must be headquartered in North America and must be a "technology company," defined as a company that owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.
