Each week, all of us in the world have 168 hours. But it depends on each who have brilliant achievement to the maximum. Both at work and at home, we can all benefit to make use of time, the most precious resource, efficiently.

The administration of the time refers to analyze our use of this resource in a regular basis, to understand the most appropriate way to use it effectively.
