The customer analysis division of the business plan describes the customer segments the company serves. In this, the company must
1) Identify its goals customers.
2) Persuades the needs of these customers.
3) Show how their merchandises and services satisfy these requires.

The first step of customer analysis is to specify exactly which customers the company they’re serving. This requirements specificity. This marketing strategy must describe exactly the customers who are serving.
At one time the plan has been discovered and clearly defined aim customers of the company, it’s essential to explain the demographics of these customers. The questions to be answered include:
1) How many potential customers accommodate the definition? Does this client base growth or decreasing?
2) What are the revenues / income by these clients?
3) Where these clients geographically founded?
